Peggy has written lyrics for two songs which were recorded by her son, musician Ric Albano in 2021.

“Return of the Smile”

Written as a poem back in April 2021 near the tail end of the COVID lockdowns. While on vacation in South Carolina, Peggy was pleasantly surprised actually seeing a stranger smile for the first time in a while, with no mask. Later that year, Ric adapted the poem into song lyrics and recorded the song with drummer Ron Simasek.
