The Promises of the Sacred Heart

One day, Jesus appeared to St Margaret Mary.
He wished His love be made evident, through her, without delay.
He said “Behold this Heart of Mine which so loves men,
Yet is constantly wounded over and over again.
Therefore, these twelve promise I will impart
To those devoted to My Sacred Heart.”

1 All necessary graces I will give
No matter what state of life they live.

2 I will bless them in their homes with peace,
My blessings there will never cease.

3 I will comfort them in their afflictions,
Blessing them without restrictions.

4 I will be their secure refuge in life.
Above all, in death, I’ll relieve their strife.

5 I’ll bestow abundant blessings on all they do,
Giving My grace and comfort too.

6 Sinners will find in My Heart
My infinite mercy, which I’ll impart.

7 The lukewarm will more fervent be,
And become more pleasing unto Me.

8 Fervent souls in their devotion
Will ultimately rise with great emotion.

9 I will bless every location
Where My Hearts image is in an honored station.

10 To priests My graces I shall impart,
So they can touch the most hardened heart.

11 For those promoting this devotion, I will ever
Have their names written in My heart forever.

12 I promise in the excessive mercy of My heart
My all powerful love I will impart.

Those receiving Holy Communion on nine first Fridays
Shall have final perseverance and not die in My disgrace,
Nor without receiving their sacraments too.
Keeping all My promises I will see them through.
My Sacred Heart will be their refuge, they’ll need not fear,
As their earthly life is ending and eternal life draws near.
