Revelation

One day I felt so very sad
And stopped in church to pray.
But when I got down on my knees,
I didn’t know what to say.

All known prayers escaped me,
As my eyes filled up with tears.
My heart so very heavy,
My soul so full of fears.

I gazed toward the tabernacle,
And said from the depths of my soul…
“I believe in Your love for me, Jesus!”
Then my tears began to flow.

I felt with deep conviction,
Our Lord answering so tenderly…
“I know My dear, and I want you to know,
I believe in your love for Me!”
